Troy has a strong track record of leadership and success in the Human Capital space. He led marketing for a major applicant tracking software company, growing revenues year over year which eventually resulted in the company being acquired by a major Outsourcing and Payroll vendor.

After building up awareness among key industry influencers, Troy will move toward more direct to employer marketing initiatives and activities to draw-in the passive candidates. It's a dual front marketing initiative and he's running most of it himself.
