As an HR Generalist, HR Consultant and lifelong advocate for small business, Lola takes great pride in helping small businesses navigate the challenges of human resources. She is active with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), ASBA (Arizona Small Business Association) and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), where she is the President of the Tucson Chapter, the National Southwest Regional Coordinator and was recently appointed to the Tucson Small Business Commission.

 Product and Service Description:

EffortlessHR.com provides the small business with their state and federal labor laws and the required compliance posters via our web-based HR software. Also included is employee management, which includes and employee portal and time tracking. Company property can also be assigned to employees. Forms can be downloaded as well. We currently have over 100 downloadable and customizable forms in several categories.
