Summit Health provides four HIPAA-compliant reports after the biometric screening programs are conducted. There are no additional fees for the four levels of reports:
- Aggregate Screening Results Report
- Individual Biometric Record e-File
- Site Screening Report
- Satisfaction Survey Report
Reports are available no more than ten business days after the event date.
The comprehensive Aggregate Report is valuable to both the employer and health plan provider. The report presents the biometric data stratified by risk category for each site included in the employer’s screening program, and also ranks the employer’s sites for each test result. To maintain confidentiality, the statistically recommended minimum number of employees for any aggregate report is 50. This report also provides year-to-year comparisons for the company and all sites for up to five years.
Program Managers present an executive review of the findings in these reports. The review identifies the most significant risks, and makes recommendations for mitigating the risks through specific interventions. The findings from these reports provide the benchmarks that can help an organization measure their progress in employee wellness and suggest next steps for improving employee health.

The individual record file is available only to the employer’s health plan or other approved HIPAA-compliant third party administrator. This electronic file contains the complete individual biometric records with name, contact information, health plan number, and questionnaire fields from the participant’s consent form. The Individual Biometric Record e-File includes the Aggregate Screening Results Report described above. The upload data feed can be in any format required, and can be matched to an eligibility file provided by the health plan.

In addition to the two reports above, Summit Health provides a report that shows the number of screenings conducted for the client at each site and in total.

Summit Health’s client satisfaction surveys are available in both electronic and paper format. The surveys are available for individual employees who participated in the screening and the client site coordinator.
