Corporate Counseling Associates Names Thomas Diamante, PhD, as Vice President, Consultative Services
New York, N.Y. / October 30, 2007 Corporate Counseling Assoc., Inc. (CCA) announced today that Thomas Diamante, Ph.D. has joined the firm as Vice President, Consultative Services. Diamante has 20 years of cross-industry experience in human resources strategy, change management and executive development.
He most recently worked at Merrill Lynch, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development; prior to that, he was Lead Change Consultant and Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting. Earlier in his career, he held human resources management positions at Altria, a Philip Morris company.
Diamante fills the role previously held by Steve Salee, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Consultative Services.
Frequently published in practitioner and research journals, Diamante holds a Ph.D. in industrial & organizational psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. He is also a contributing author to books on leadership assessment, group dynamics, organizational effectiveness and management. He has taught for business schools at Cornell University, School for Industrial & Labor Relations, Adelphi University Business School and The Harriman School for Management & Policy at Stony Brook University.
