Infohrm Member Client to Present to Wharton Business Schools Financial Services Group

Washington, DC – November 12, 2008 – Infohrm, the global leader in workforce planning, reporting and analytics solutions, today announced that member client Ameriprise Financial will deliver a workforce planning presentation to The Wharton Financial Services Group, a national forum for senior human resources and employee relations executives.

Featuring leaders of many of the nation's largest banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions, the Financial Services Group addresses a wide spectrum of strategic HR and ER issues, comparing experiences, identifying trends, reviewing strategies, and discussing employee concerns. The Group is part of the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Human Resources, which is chaired by Dr. Peter Cappelli.

Ameriprise Financial's presentation, titled "The Good, The Bad, and The "Other" of Launching a Workforce Planning Center of Excellence" will outline how the HR and HRIT teams at Ameriprise built their workforce planning and analytics capabilities from a "clean sheet of paper", closely aligning their mission with the organization's overall strategic goals and gaining the support of the company's senior leadership.

"We are delighted that Ameriprise Financial will have the opportunity to share their success story with other HR executives from the financial services industry," said Brian Kelly, President of Infohrm North America. "The presentation illustrates Infohrm's commitment to partnering with such thought leaders as Dr. Cappelli and the Center for Human Resources faculty."

The presentation will be delivered as part of the Wharton Financial Services Group's meeting on November 12 and 13, 2008.
